Conquest Solutions has proudly partnered with Amazon Key for Business. Key for Business is a more convenient, efficient way for multi-family buildings to receive Amazon deliveries. It eliminates the need for building managers to provide driver entry and receive Amazon packages. There is NO COST to the building or community for installation or on-going service.

Conquest Solutions was founded in March of 2004 by Lance and Rose Retter. With a team of highly qualified specialists, Conquest Solutions can support your IT network, install and manage your security electronics, and develop a customized security plan for any type of facility.

Rose has more than 20 years experience in business with specific expertise in Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Accounting and Management. Rose holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.

Lance has worked in the IT industry since 1999. After studying Management of Information Systems at the University of Georgia, and managing the IT department for publicly traded company, Lance opened Conquest Solutions in 2004. Lance’s experience in IT and passion for technology drives him to make sure Conquest is consistently delivering the best products and services.

Matt joined the company in 2018 as General Manager and will be focused on managing the daily operations of the business while planning and implementing overall business strategy. Matt is an experienced leader that has worked in various customer delivery roles over the past 15 years. He studied Management at Southern Polytechnic State University and Georgia Tech and was named one of Editor & Publisher Magazine’s “25 Under 35.”

Chaz is responsible for project management, operational efficiencies, and technical engineering solutions for our on-site installation crews, as well as client appreciation .
