Business VoIP phone systems in Atlanta, from one accountable team.

We design, install, and run business phone systems for Atlanta companies. The phones, the internet they run on, and the network under them, from one team, often for less than the bill you pay now.

Why Atlanta businesses call us about their phones

  • A bill that only goes up

Per-line pricing, old copper lines, and hardware rented by the month add up. Plenty of businesses pay more for a phone system that does less than the free app on their phone.

  • A system nobody supports

If your phone system predates your youngest employee, the vendor has probably moved on. Changes take weeks, parts are hard to find, and nobody wants to touch the box in the closet.

  • People are not at their desks

Your team works from home, the road, and the job site. A phone that only rings on a desk sends customers to voicemail and makes staff hand out their personal cell numbers.

  • Calls drop and nobody owns it

The carrier blames the phone vendor, the phone vendor blames the internet, and the IT company blames both. You end up making the calls while your customers wait.

  • Paying for seats you do not use

Licenses and lines bought years ago for a team that has since changed shape. Nobody has checked the bill against how people actually work.

  • Switching sounds like a horror story

Lost numbers, a dead phone line on a Monday morning, a week of confused callers. That fear keeps businesses on systems they have outgrown.

Business phone systems we install and run

One Atlanta VoIP provider for the phone system, the internet it runs on, and the network under both, from the first bill review through every year after.

  1. Hosted, on-premises, or hybrid

Most of what we deploy is 3CX, a flexible platform we are certified in. It runs in the cloud, on a server in your building, or both, sized to how your team actually works instead of a padded seat count.

  2. Desk phone, desktop, and mobile app

Each user has one extension that rings on the desk phone, the desktop app, and the iOS or Android mobile app. Calls, voicemail, chat, and transfers follow your team out of the office on the same business number.

  3. The features you actually use

Call routing and auto attendants, voicemail to email, conference calling, call recording, call reporting, and CRM integration. We set up the call flows around how your business answers the phone.

  4. Number porting and E911

We port your existing numbers, set up E911 so emergency calls report the right location, and schedule the cutover around your business.

  5. The internet and network under it

Voice is only as clear as the circuit and network it rides on. We source and manage the internet, size the bandwidth for voice, and run the network underneath, so one team is accountable when a call drops.

  6. Run after launch

Updates, call-flow changes, new users, and a real engineer when something is off, from the same team that deployed it. Not a ticket into the void.

How switching phone systems works

  1. Review the bill

Bring us your current phone and internet bills. We audit the lines, plans, and carriers and walk you through where the money goes and what better could look like.

  2. Design the system

We scope the right deployment for how your team works, hosted, on-premises, or hybrid, and size it to real usage.

  3. Port and cut over

Number porting, E911 setup, and a cutover scheduled around your business, planned to keep business-hours disruption to a minimum.

  4. Run it

We manage it after it is live: updates, call-flow changes, and new users, from the same team.

Check the lines that are not phones. Fire alarm panels, elevator phones, call boxes, burglar alarms, fax machines, and point-of-sale terminals often run on old analog lines. We find them during the bill review, so the cutover does not take one of them offline.

What a business phone system costs

There is no honest flat price per seat. The number comes from a handful of things, and a quote that skips them is guessing:

Users and extensions
How many people need a line, and how many only need the app.
Hardware
Desk phones, the desktop and mobile apps instead, or a mix. You may not need a truckload of new handsets.
Hosting
Hosted in the cloud, on a server in your building, or hybrid. Each moves the up-front and monthly numbers differently.
Lines and numbers
The numbers you keep, the calling you do, and any old lines that still serve alarms, elevators, fax, or point-of-sale.
Call flows and integrations
A single auto attendant is simple. Multi-site routing, call recording, and CRM integration take more setup.
The internet under it
Whether your circuit is already sized for voice, or needs to change.

The quickest way to a real number is your current bill. We audit it, show you where the money goes, and quote against it. No promises until we have seen it, but a lower bill is the common outcome.

Business phone system questions

What should we look for in an Atlanta VoIP provider?
Ask who installs it, who you call when a call drops, and whether that same team handles the internet the phones run on. Ask whether they size the system to your real usage or sell a fixed seat count. At Conquest, one local team designs, installs, and runs the phones, the internet, and the network under them.
Can we keep our phone numbers?
In most cases, yes. We port your existing numbers to the new system and schedule the cutover around your business. Number porting runs through your current carrier, so we start it early and plan the switch for the date it completes.
Can I use our business VoIP number on my smartphone?
Yes. With 3CX, each user’s extension runs on the iOS or Android mobile app as well as the desk phone and desktop app. Callers see the business number, not your personal cell, and calls, voicemail, chat, and transfers work the same way in or out of the office.
How much does a business phone system cost?
It depends on the number of users, the hardware, hosted versus on-premises, the lines and numbers you keep, and the call flows you need. We do not quote a flat price per seat. Bring us your current bill and we will show you the specific numbers for your business. What drives the price →
Should we choose hosted VoIP or an on-premises phone system?
Hosted VoIP keeps the hardware out of your building and is easy to manage from anywhere. On-premises keeps the system on a server you own. Hybrid does both. 3CX runs all three, so we recommend from your building, your internet, and how your team works.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Marietta and install and support business phone systems across Metro Atlanta, including Atlanta, Marietta, and Smyrna, and support hosted phones for clients nationwide.
