Conquest Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website, contact us, opt into text messages, or interact with our AI concierge. By using our website and services, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, business, email address, phone number, and the contents of any message when you contact us by phone, email, or a form on this site.

Collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages visited, and date/time of visit — via cookies and the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Text messaging & mobile information

We use text messaging for conversation and service only. We text you if you text us first, or if you ask us to communicate with you by text. We never send marketing or promotional text messages. When you communicate with us this way, we collect your mobile number and the messages you exchange with us.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We will not share your mobile number or messaging consent with any third party for any purpose unrelated to communicating with you. Mobile information is shared only with the vendors that deliver the messaging service itself (such as carriers and our messaging platform).

The AI concierge

When our AI concierge is enabled, the questions you type are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) and the underlying model vendor to generate a response. We do not store your conversation beyond a short-lived session, and we do not attach it to a sales inquiry unless you explicitly opt in. Our providers retain data per their own terms (linked when the feature goes live). The concierge is not technical support and is not for emergencies — never enter passwords, credentials, or sensitive data; for anything urgent, call 770.953.2500.

How we use your information

• Respond to you by text when you've texted us or asked us to (never marketing)
• Analyze website usage and detect and address technical issues
• Measure our advertising — including which ads lead to genuine enquiries — and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site (remarketing)

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who perform tasks on our behalf (email delivery, messaging, hosting, and website and usage analytics) and are obligated not to use it for any other purpose
• With advertising and analytics partners — such as Google — to measure and deliver advertising as described under "Cookies, analytics & advertising" below. These partners handle data under their own privacy policies, not only on our behalf
• To meet legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests, and to protect our rights, safety, and property

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use essential cookies for site functionality, and third-party tools to understand how the site is used and to measure our advertising:

• Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics — to see which pages are useful. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless; Google Analytics sets cookies.
• Usage analytics and session recording — we use a usage-analytics tool that records how visitors interact with the site, including pages viewed, clicks, and information you type into forms on this site (for example, the name, email, and message you enter into an enquiry form). This helps us understand and improve the experience. It uses cookies and is processed by a third-party provider on our behalf; it excludes any AI-assistant conversation and does not capture passwords. We do not use it to build cross-site advertising profiles.
• Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing, so we can tell which ads lead to genuine enquiries and reach people who have visited before. This is third-party advertising technology and it uses cookies.
• A first-party cookie we set ourselves to remember the ad you arrived from (its click identifier and campaign details). If you submit an enquiry, we read this on our own server and include it in the internal notification to our team so we can match the enquiry to the ad. It stays on this domain, is not sold, and is not used for cross-site tracking. (Google's own advertising tags, above, separately record ad clicks for conversion measurement.)

We do not sell your personal information. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings (disabling them may affect site performance), opt out of personalized Google ads at Google Ad Settings, and install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Data security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as you are a client or for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, after which we remove it unless retention is required by law.

Your rights & choices

Email info@csatlanta.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion where applicable. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new effective date. Please review it periodically.
