Call 770.953.2500. From 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, a Conquest engineer in our Marietta office picks up — not a phone tree. After hours, our answering service reaches the on-call engineer; you tell us at the queue whether it's an emergency, and approved emergency work is billed at our emergency rate. Not sure whether you're covered? Call anyway and we'll sort it out.

One thing worth knowing

We will never call you out of the blue and ask you to install this. Remote support tools are a favourite of scammers who claim to be your IT company. If someone contacts you first and asks you to run a remote session, hang up and call us directly on 770.953.2500 to check it was really us.
