Homemade Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- One 12-oz bag of fresh cranberries
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. freshly squeezed orange juice (not from a bottle)
- 2 tsp. orange zest
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring up to simmer over medium heat and cook for 15 minutes. Let cool completely and serve at room temperature.
